Our Cinemas and Support Office closed in March, when we returned to the business in July it was a mammoth task to try and contact film, event and theatre companies to try and rearrange as many events that were affected. This was as well as try to respond to the backlog of customer queries, helped enormously by the wonderful messages of support. The patience and understanding from those affected was heart warming, thank you so much for bearing with us while we tried to navigate the situation.
We regret that the following events and performances were or will be affected by our temporary closure/s. You can find up to date information about shows and dates affected below, with more information coming through most days from promotors and distributors. We hope this is helpful. If you have a booking for a show that has been re-dated then your existing tickets/booking reference will be valid for the new date. If you have a booking for a show that has been cancelled any refunds will be processed as soon as possible, we are making every effort to contact customers with a reduced team but there are a number of bookings for whom we have no contact details, for example if you booked at the counter in person.
You can contact us via facebook or at action@merlincinemas.co.uk with any queries though there may be a delay with replies. We appreciate your patience and co-operation. We hope to be back with a fantastic line-up very soon!
